The order is dealt with upon receipt of payment, which is deemed to be irrevocable, cash, net and not subject to discount. Any delay, incident or settlement of failure entails a late-payment interest penalty equal to two and a half times the legal interest rate, pursuant to Law no. 2001-420 of 15/05/2001 Article 53 II published in the Official Gazette of 16/05/2001.


Delivery destinations and delivery fee

We deliver your items anywhere you wish. If you wish to have them delivered to a friend, a neighbor, your workplace, etc., simply indicate this when you place your order.

The delivery period indicated on your order form (in your shopping cart) is the average period required to send your items to the chosen destination and does not take into account the order-processing time. Order-processing takes a maximum of 24 hours; deliveries in France take a maximum of 2 weekdays and in Europe 5 weekdays.

Dinodeluxe.com has chosen the offer Colissimo Recommandé from La Poste for the delivery of your orders. The delivery fee is 6 EUR for France, Andorra and Monaco. The delivery fee is offered if a client purchase over 75 EUR in the above stated countries. For the rest of the countries in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway the delivery fee is always 15 EUR.

Delivery is made by sending the product(s) directly to the addressee indicated. When delivery takes place, a delivery note is signed by the addressee identified. In any event, you must ensure that the content of the parcel is correct and that it is in good condition before signing the delivery note. Any dispute regarding the carriage (breakage, damage, damaged packaging, etc.) must systematically be indicated by you on the delivery note or to the carrier within 24 hours. The carrier's written observation is essential for any refund request.

If you or the addressee of the parcel is absent when delivery is attempted, a transit advice note will be left indicating where and when you can collect the parcel.

In the event of a significant delay in the delivery, we undertake to compensate you by paying the delivery costs on your next order. However, excessive delivery periods shall not give rise to compensation for damage or to cancellation of the current order in the event of a total or partial strikes, whether international or external to the company, blockage of means of transport or supply or governmental or legal restrictions. Neither shall the site be held responsible if your parcel is held up at the border due to laws, regulations or any other event.


Right of withdrawal

In the case of long-distance (when the parties are not present simultaneously), pursuant to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code you have a period of seven days in which to exercise your right to return the item(s) without having to give any reasons or pay penalty, except for the return cost. This period begins when you receive the goods or accept the service-provision offer.

You return the items in their original packing, at your own expense within 7 working days from the day you receive them. You may choose between a refund of the purchase price by cheque in euros (exluding delivery costs) or receiving a credit on your account which you can then use to purchase another item on the site at your leisure.

Items from your order will only be refunded when our custumer service representative has checked that they are clean and have not been worn or damaged in any way, and that we have received back the correct quantity of the said items. Any deviation from this agreement will result in you being placed in our blacklist and your account will be blocked.


Contestation

Claims or complaints will always be dealt with attentively and respectfully. Failing this and subject to the customer's status as  a "trader", any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present general conditions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.

In compliance with the French law on "Information and civil liberties" no. 78-17 of January 6th 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any data relating to you. Any users with their own website who wish to post a simple link to the dinodeluxe.com home page for personal use absolutely must request authorization, on simple application to the company SARL Dino Deluxe.

Consequently, partial or total reproduction in any medium whatsoever of the elements comprising the site, use of such elements or the fact of making them available to third parties is formally forbidden and will systematically give rise to legal action.
